Pushpa: The Rise delivers 100% profit; Manish Shah of Goldmines Telefilms makes Rs. 40 crore profit on Hindi rights

It seems that the trying times of the box office is nearly over, with an underdog breaking the bad and emerging victorious. 

The winner is Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa: The Rise – Part 01, which went on floors on December 17, 2021. Unexpectedly the Hindi version of the movie has grossed around Rs. 84 Crore in its four weeks of runtime.

Manish Shah of Goldmines Telefilms, who has acquired the rights of the Hindi dubbed version of the movie, has made a resonating profit. He has acquired rights for Rs. 28 Crore, incurring Rs. 5 Crore in dubbing and other miscellaneous expenses, and a further Rs. 11 crores on digital technology and release.

The movie has covered up this investment in the first four weeks, grossing Rs.40-41 Crore

Furthermore, after selling the television rights for Rs.30 Crore and the digital rights for Rs.10 Crore, making the Hindi version net worth Rs.80-81 Crore from all formats, Mr Shah has profit for more than Rs.30 Crore. 

Now that Pushpa has entered its fifth week of running, and both the versions of the movie, Malayalam and Hindi, streaming on Amazon Prime Video, the film's collection is forecasted to go down; however, it only adds to the anticipation of Pushpa 2 – The Rule.
